Most guys would prefer to have a lean, muscular body like those of Hollywood actors. The problem is that they have no idea how to get it, and waste their time trying to do so. This is the first principle of building a Hollywood actor’s body: build a shoulder-to-waist measurement of as close to 1.61:1 as possible. This is the measurement that has been identified by scientists as most desirable by both men and women, and the trainers of Hollywood stars exploit it big-time.
But how do you do that? The next principle of building a Hollywood body is to bring your body fat as low as possible while building up the width of your shoulder muscles. With the right techniques, both of these can be done at the same time. The right foods combined with the right cardio can create amazing results.
